CNN - The legendary rock band Chicago is the subject of a new film, "Now More Than Ever," which chronicles the band's rise to fame from their Windy City roots to their status as one of the most successful rock bands in history.

Directed and edited by Peter Pardini, the film features interviews with band members Terry Kath, Robert Lamm, Peter Cetera, and Danny Seraphine, as well as archival footage and rare performances.

"This film is a labor of love for me," said Pardini in a statement. "Chicago is one of my favorite bands, and I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to tell their story. I hope this film will give fans a new appreciation for the band's incredible music and journey."

"Now More Than Ever" will be released in theaters on December 14, 2022.
